It began operations in 1999 and has since developed structures and strong pillars which have ensured the consistent growth of its business and brand in Ghana.\u00a0Since 2007, Stanbic Bank Ghana has expanded its branch network to almost every region in Ghana and now there are 23 branches across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facilities Manager, Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be required to provide leadership, effective management, service and execution of the<br \/>\nFacilities Management function within the Group Real Estates function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nEffective management of the facilities; coordinate and arrange third party services of maintenance contractors, suppliers<br \/>\nand vendors<br \/>\nDirect preventive repairs and maintenance procedures and ensure buildings and equipment are well maintained and in<br \/>\noptimal working condition<br \/>\nEnsure that facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health and security standards<br \/>\nConduct periodic inspections of facilities, assesses problems and needs, implement improvements in operations as<br \/>\nappropriate and ensure that the work environment is clean, secure and well maintained<br \/>\nEstablish, implement and monitor Service Level Agreements\/Maintenance Agreements with suppliers on all relevant<br \/>\nservices and ensure they are adhered to promptly<br \/>\nCreate safety awareness, implement safety directives and train staff in Health &amp; Safety<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nA university degree in Facilities Management or related discipline (e.g. Estate Management, Land Economy, Building<br \/>\nTechnology, Architecture or Civil Engineering).
