Job Vacancy For Tellers At Fidelity Bank Limited (Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Berekum)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To deliver excellent service to customers either at the Teller point or the Client Service desk, through efficient, timely and accurate processing of cash\/cheque transactions, and all other account transactions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties that will be assigned by Supervisor<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of a First degree in relevant field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 1 year working experience in Banking Operations, specifically in Branch Operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to perform cash reconciliations and control activities such as scrutinizing of cheques and other Bank instruments
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify prospects for cross-selling the Bank\u2019s products during non-peak transaction periods
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to refer businesses to appropriate departments and staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to deliver quality service to customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure compliance with all Bank operations procedures, policies and controls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to prepare periodic reports\u00a0 and assist in the achievement of strategic, financial and other objectives of the Bank<\/p>\n

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 2 years working experience in Branch and Vault Operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Detailed working knowledge of processes and controls in all core branch activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist Tellers in the movement of cash to and from strong room
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist cash movement from bulk cash
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to operate shrink-wrapping and wrappers making machine.

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To manage the entire Branch operations team;\u00a0 ensure delivery of quality service to customers, and\u00a0 assist to deliver Branch sales targets account transactions<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of a\u00a0 first degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics and other related fields
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 3 years banking experience, with at least 2 years in banking operations or business administration
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to supervise tellers activities at the branch
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to review and process entries and vouchers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of managing both local and foreign currency
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to act as one of the custodians of the vault keys
