\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure prompt collection and payment of income entitlements-dividends\/bonds certificates, as declared and paid by companies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that payment of entitlements (Cash and Stock) to clients are made to the correct account
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Exercise control on record of all outstanding income payments due clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a tracking system of clients corporate action queries and enquiries
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that clients are provided with regular updates as required on their outstanding corporate actions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review all outgoing MT564(ie. swift message) messages for accuracy<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 3-5 years experience in securities industry-custody experience, global capital markets or capital markets preferrable
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Capacity to deal with diverse mix of clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of SWIFT messages (cash and securities)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assertive and tactful
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Flexible, committed and result driven
