The role requires significant interaction with clients, either face-to-face or over the telephone. Responsible for developing appropriate sales strategies and materials that will meet organizational objectives; achieving sales targets and projections; maintaining a strong network with government agencies, NGOs, development partners, farmer-based organizations, associations, multi-national corporations and agribusinesses to describe the Esoko product and services; exploring potential collaborations, licensing and resellers; and appropriately planning pre-sale, sale and post sale support strategies. Organize periodic sales planning meetings and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual sales work plan and projections.<\/p>\n

Job Title 1:\u00a0International Sales Manager At Esoko<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage sales team and lead sales operations;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and execute a sales strategy, including identification of key target markets, value propositions, key activities;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and sell the company\u2019s solutions to development partners, non-governmental organizations, government agencies, farmer-based organizations, associations, mobile network operators and businesses across the globe;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and develop new business leads through networking, referrals, conferences and other events;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers\u2019 diverse business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conceptualize and design innovative solutions and projects to deploy Esoko with different clients;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Respond to tender documents and requests for proposal and write proposals, reports and supporting literature;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure quality of service by maintaining detailed product knowledge, including features of Esoko\u2019s platform, consulting services and processes;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through market research;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of Esoko articulately and confidently;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Write and design sales literature and materials;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Achieve sales targets and meet department\u2019s key performance indicators;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage accounts using a CRM in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Mentor and coach junior team members;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with the Partners team, the Communications team, and Esoko resellers to drive sales;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and mentor colleagues based on sales experience.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelors degree (in business, marketing, communication, social sciences or other related field); a Master\u2019s is preferred
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Born networker and sales strategist
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to craft innovative solutions and services for clients and problem solve creatively
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation & focus on the customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven business development experience achieving sales targets (8-10 years)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Track record demonstrating strong leadership, sales management and people management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be willing to work in an exciting startup and travel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to speak French is important; skills in Portuguese, Arabic or Spanish a plus.<\/p>\n
