\nResponsible for maintenance and repairs of all refrigeration and air conditioning components in the plant and
\nequipment.
\nResponsible for new refrigeration and air conditioning installation, modification and alteration to the existing ones.
\nResponsible for all refrigeration and air conditioning information required regarding spare parts ordering.
\nResponsible for daily utilities readings and maintenance duty log books.
\nTo follow the planned preventive maintenance programme.
\nResponsible for the daily shift system.
\nResponsible for switching ON and OFF at the appropriate times for all refrigeration and air conditioning components.
\nResponsible for the cold rooms operation, maintenance and repairs.
\nTo be fully familiar with all health and safety instructions as relevant to the maintenance department.

\nBSC\/ HND\/ MET III in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration option) or Marine engineering or any equivalent.

\n14. Responsible for chemical and biological treatment and test of the pool and fountains and be sure it is always safe for
