Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd<\/strong> is now seeking to hire profile Investment Banking and Marketing Executives to join its expanding team:- Investment Banking Executives<\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful candidate will source and lead execution of mergers and acquisitions advisory deals, financings, restructurings, capital market raises and other financial products\/services. More specifically the Investment Banking Executive will;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading and transaction comparables
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of capital structures and M&A transactions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from pitch phase through closings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the firm<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be a team player and have sold work ethics
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have strong quantitative and analytical skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate superior attention to detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and any other related discipline
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 An MBA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage<\/p>\n

More specifically the investment marketing executives will;<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop, implement and manage a coordinated marketing strategy for individual and institutional businesses

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage all communication materials including websites, brochures, adverts as well as manage relationships with third party service providers<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful candidate should have 2 to 3 years of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience with a financial services company<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A natural collaborator and team player who can work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills, both oral & written as well as advanced levels of work & powerpoint a prerequisite
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with and knowledge of Regulatory frameworks and processes, legal and financial product documentation as well as an overview of the investment process and associated concepts\/terminology desirable.<\/p>\n
