The Group comprises a number of subsidiaries specialising in Commodities Trading, Stock Brokerage, Asset Management and Securities.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares branches budget<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all branches deposits and payments are captured<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all branch receipts and payment are processed in a timely manner<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains branch accounts and financial records<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares payments by accruing expenses, requesting disbursements<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Performs account reconciliations<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares management accounts<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyses information and presents scenarios, using spreadsheet reports<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implements accounting policies and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Answers periodic accounting and financial queries<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares and submits regular returns to the head office<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all company assets are safeguarded<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Facilitates the work of both internal and external auditors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from a recognised university<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 IFRS Reporting Skills and deadline-oriented<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meticulous, strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good understanding of Ghana\u2019s tax laws<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Kumasi<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As we continue to grow we are seeking high caliber personnel, in the following roles, for our new branch in Kumasi.
