{"id":11385,"date":"2013-09-12T11:44:33","date_gmt":"2013-09-12T11:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=11385"},"modified":"2016-11-17T09:44:57","modified_gmt":"2016-11-17T09:44:57","slug":"stanbic-bank-governance-manager-at-stanbic-bank","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/stanbic-bank-governance-manager-at-stanbic-bank.html","title":{"rendered":"Stanbic Bank: Governance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To test implementation of documented processes and procedures under the Governance framework and support the Governance function in country<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Facilitate the adoption of the Risk Appetite Framework, the subsequent monitoring of the limit framework and the reporting of breaches<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for governance framework \u2013 that is to manage Risk across all areas of Credit \u2013 this includes the Risk Control Self Assessment (undertaken by Risk Department) and monitoring KRl\u2019s flowing from the exercise<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assess the Credit Risk Standard annually and the adoption thereof<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review and sign off of policies in conjunction with Head Office annually<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review and update procedures annually<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review SLA\u2019s annually (and ensure vendor visits are performed where required)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Track all pay draw downs without perfection of Collateral<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor concentration limits in line with approved Caps<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review and table the approved insurance underwriters, property appraisers and legal panels at CRMC annually<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all MoU are routed through Centralised Lending \/ CIB Legal<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure sign off of Staff concessions are noted by CCO<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure Central Repository of Country Legal Documents<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor of Commerce.
