\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Discussing and agreeing fund strategy with management, investment managers and other advisers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Reviewing the fund\u2019s strategy and structure
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Making recommendations to trustee or clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Setting up and monitoring company investment strategies
\nEnsuring that schemes operate effectively and meet performance, quality and customer care targets as well as complying with industry standard
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing relevant paperwork for investment committee meetings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring regulatory compliance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitoring changes in the legal situation for pensions providers and developments in pension provision in order to ensure the optimum performance of the fund
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and keeping up to date with legislative changes
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Reporting to trustees and advising them on the efficient management of the scheme\u2019s assets<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 + years working experience in similar role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Significant money\/equity fund investing experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently and as part of a tea m
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
