Job Qualification Requirements<\/strong> At least five (5) years of experience with two (2) to three (3) years of related managerial experience (Service Delivery).<\/p>\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\nImplement processes, methods and tools in accordance with requirements
\nBuild competence in accordance with agreed frameworks
\nDeliver resources and services
\nCompetence and resource management activities
\nFollow-up on ongoing assignments with respect to progress, financials (invoicing), staffing and Quality of services delivered, and if needed act on issues.
\nPerformance follow-up (Balanced Scorecard Targets) and corrective actions.
\nManage budgeting, budget follow-up and corrective actions.
\nDrive Knowledge Management\/Sharing
\nDrive the establishment and ongoing development of a professional service culture driving customer satisfaction, innovation and an outcome driven focus.
\nOperative delivery planning based on opportunities in relevant systems
\nDrive Service Delivery Management Model implementation.
\nManage Key Performance Indicators – Utilization, Billability, Cost Per available Hour, Absorption, Employee Satisfaction, etc
\nEnsure that all HR process, for his\/here’s unit, are followed across the region
\nMaintain a good relationship with the Key Account Managers and Program Managers to understand business requirements.<\/p>\n

\nMin Education Level :\tFirst Degree
\nWork Experience :\t3 – 5 Years
\nQualifications :\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computers Sciences or a Science related degree.<\/p>\n
\nBudgetary and finance experience
\nHighly developed knowledge and skills in: Service Delivery, Customer Orientation, Project Management , Networking, Quality & Process Management, Cultural Awareness, Customer Care, Leadership, Managing change, People Management, Prioritization and Planning, Teamwork, Processes
\nKnowledge in Ericsson\u2019s product portfolio is desirable<\/p>\n
