Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Dispatch and follow flights to ensure the safe and smooth operations of the airline
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Key Accountabilities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Dispatching of Flights and operations monitoring
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Flight document management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Flight information and aircraft performance related document management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Handle other related operations issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Other tasks as assigned from time-to-time by the Head of Operations Control Department.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 1st Degree in a relevant field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a licensed dispatcher
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least two years of experience is a plus<\/p>\n

Skills and Competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possesses excellent planning & organisational skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possesses good analytical skills

JOB PURPOSE<\/strong>
\nEnsure that all Agent Employees performing ground operations services and all related services are well managed to the benefit of AWA<\/p>\n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To ensure efficient and effective operations of Check-in process including the resolution of any ticketing and reservation issues, management of customer complaints and ramp services.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all ground operations meet company, GCAA and international standards.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Take Control of all ramp activities and ensure prompt ramp services by all AWA Agents
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To ensure that the ground operations manual ,passenger handling\/customer service procedures manual are periodically audited to meet regulatory and company requirements.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To conduct internal audits and inspection of Ground Operations.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must comply with all Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and Company safety regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of passengers.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote excellent customer service attitudes to all clients.<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Attend pre-flight briefings, during which cabin crew will be assigned their crew positions for respective flights.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Carry out pre-flight duties, including checking of on-board safety equipment and information cards, ensuring the aircraft cabin interior is clean and tidy, and that all meals \/ beverages are on board.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Welcome passengers on board in a friendly and professional manner, and direct them to their seats.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Inform passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensure all hand luggage is securely stowed.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Check all passenger seat belts and galleys are secure prior to departure.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Make required cabin announcements and provide passenger information on request
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Serve meals and refreshments to passengers.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide first aid treatment to passengers where necessary.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist passengers to disembark safely at the end of a flight and check for left luggage in the overhead lockers.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Complete administrative documentation, including writing flight reports at the end of a flight.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Other tasks as assigned by the Manager, Cabin Services.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum entry age \u2013 18 years.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum education \u2013 A diploma\/degree from a higher educational institution.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum height \u2013 5\u20192 (1.57m) with weight in proportion.<\/p>\n

Skills and Competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Physically fit and able to pass GCAA medical examination for cabin crew.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Swim well without floatation device.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possess a valid Ghanaian passport.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in English (Level 4 or higher), knowledge of foreign languages will be an asset.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ready to meet the challenge of dealing with people in demanding situations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Friendly but professional, with a lively personality and good communication skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possesses good planning & organizational skills.
