Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful candidate would be required to:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Play a vital role in the management of staff of the Judicial Service by providing advice and expertise on human resource issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Source and select quality staff for the Service and ensure that they are properly oriented on the vision and mission of the Service.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement training and development programs that can enhance staff talent and skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Rewards Management, Human Resource Information Systems, Administrative policies and procedures.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure employee motivation, retention and utilisation.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake regular review of HR and administrative systems, policies and procedures to ensure conformity with best practices.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised university.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, Access.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent writing, communication and research skills.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in similar managerial position from the Public Service or private sector<\/p>\n

Job Title 2: Deputy Director of Audit Inspectorate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Deputy Director of Audit (Inspectorate) shall be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Directly oversee the work of all Inspectorate staff in the country.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the preparation of Inspectorate work plans for the regions.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the execution of Inspectorate assignments by team leaders.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the compilation of accurate and timely submission of reports by team leaders.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Submit inputs for the preparation of consolidated monthly
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Inspectorate reports for management meetings.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Submit inputs for preparation of the annual audit report.

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A good Bachelors Degree in Finance\/Accounting\/Commerce from a recognized University
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a Chartered Accountant with membership of a relevant professional body with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in a senior management position
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possession of MSC\/MBA (Accounting or Finance) would be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated knowledge in Audit\/Inspectorate duties in the Public Service
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, creative and problem solving skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite<\/p>\n

Job Title 4: Director of Judicial Reforms and Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise in planning and implementing projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise sub-projects and activities at the Directorate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Initiate and develop proposals to source funds to finance projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work as part of the Reform team to develop synergies with stakeholders and donor partners
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage projects, resources and maintain collaborative arrangements with Development Partners and other stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise and ensure effective performance of staff including annual appraisal of staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A good Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years work experience in development or project management, donor driven projects or relevant private sector work or MBA\/MSc in Project Management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A qualification\/Certificate in Development Studies or Project Management will be a definite advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge in Governance and Institutional Reforms
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent proposal\/report\/grant writing and information presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, creative and problem solving skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite<\/p>\n
