{"id":11502,"date":"2013-10-31T00:53:36","date_gmt":"2013-10-31T00:53:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=11502"},"modified":"2016-11-23T14:24:17","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T14:24:17","slug":"eni-ghana-recruiting-october-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/eni-ghana-recruiting-october-2013.html","title":{"rendered":"Eni Ghana Recruiting [October 2013]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title: Customs and Shipping Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the effective management of customs formalities and meeting shipment requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures the fulfilment of customs formalities and coordinates material shipment to meet project objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures the optimisation of any benefits under the PA in terms of Customs, Import\/Export, duties and fees.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Interface with Contract Holders, Service Companies\/Suppliers and with the Freight Forwarder to ensure that all international shipments and custom clearance activities are completed as per the project schedule.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all certificates, licences and permissions necessary for customs purposes are obtained when required.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains and manages shipping document library and archive in electronic format to ease access and distribution.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Acts in respect of professional ethics and Company code of practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 University Degree in Management Sciences or Engineering<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 3 years of experience of oil\/gas experience or customs experience<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Compliance: Knowledge of legal aspects \u2013 Civil law and contractual requirements, national\/international customs regulations, Environment Health and Safety,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Logistics: Flow and stock management, transportation methods, Expediting, Inspection methodologies, Comparative economic evaluations.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Suite<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should submit their recent CV and covering letter to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eni Ghana Exploration &amp;
