\nLead the team to achieve outstanding results through delivering the strategic
\ngoals approved by the Board of Directors
\nImplement the company’s compliance policies, enhance risk management practices and intensify debt recovery effort
\nFoster a strong compliance, risk management and internal control culture
\nBuild a strong executive and senior management team that has integrity,commitment and passion for results, openness, and a focus on superior banking and financial services delivery
\nBuild strong relationships across the stakeholder, client and business partner communities
\nConsolidate debt recovery, build a credible portfolio, open up new avenues and possibilities
\n Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nProfessional Banking\/Finance certification would be an added advantage
\nMinimum of 15 years experience in a bank with at least 10 years experience in a senior executive role
\nBoard level experience as well as significant international exposure.
