\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain filing systems and archives for swift and easy retrieval of information
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and report the type and number of data errors that occur in the commodity tracking system and recommend ways of reducing them
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze data from the commodity tracking system and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the senior logistics assistant
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all information and reports requested are provided promptly and efficiently
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with other logistics colleagues to resolve any queries or discrepancies in reports or records
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Collect and organize information, which could be used to improve the quality of existing information systems and communicate this information to the senior logistic assistant
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Share\u00a0 knowledge and experience with other staff members and work to foster team spirit
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and record the frequency of data transfer between all locations within the country
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform The duties of the senior logistics assistant during his or her absence
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide reports and analysis of the .status of deliveries in relation to commodity allocations, of logistical transactions such as re-allocations and of any loans and swap arrangement
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any other related duties requested by the senior logistics assistant<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least four (4)years of progressively responsible logistics and supply chain
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 management experience in a company, national or international organization or NGO
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software applications, particularly MS Office
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good\u00a0 working\u00a0 knowledge\u00a0 of Oracle\u00a0 or\u00a0 another\u00a0 relational\u00a0\u00a0 database management system<\/p>\n
