\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Obtaining and recording data accurately on all required customer contacts.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meeting specified sales and performance quotas as determined for all campaigns and day to day operations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Achieve the revenue target from selling products & services.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Track, understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Attend all briefings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Tigo\u00a0 products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain confidentiality
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Act as a\u00a0 Tigo Ambassador and represent its interests at all times
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Use Tigo script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Record details of opportunities and prospects as required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in sales and customer service<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner in English and Twi
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to write accurate follow up notes for business reporting purposes
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven track record in a sales environment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Attention to detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literate and experience in mobile phone based products
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of the telecom industry an advantage
