Eni Ghana recruits\u00a0<strong>Head of ICT At Eni Ghana Exploration &amp; Production<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide the necessary support to the different business areas, identifying the more appropriate ICT solutions in accordance with the guidelines and standard received from Head Office. Elaborate the ICT budget providing the required details in terms of project and service activities<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Co-ordinate the ICT activities, ensuring planning, development and maintenance of the ICT systems, both operational and technical.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all the ICT activities are consistent with foreseen time schedule and cost; provide regular report on the progress of all ICT environment to his superior<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Define the adequate level of the service and grant quality control for all the provided ICT services.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Define specific efficiency improvement actions.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that adequate ICT training programmes are provided for the users. Grant the appraisal, training and professional development of ICT person-net in accordance with Company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 University Degree or equivalent in Information Technology is required.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 years\u2019 experience in Information Technology.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to be a team player, frequent interaction with other disciplines and third parties.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 High level of professional and personal integrity,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Very good ability to work independently when required<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 High proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Characteristics<\/strong><br \/>\nInitiative, proactive, ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds. Positive attitude, work under constant pressure to meet deadlines and time constrains.
