Millicom International Cellular S.A. Millicom Ghana Limited, operators of Tigo cellular network is one (1) of six (6) mobile voice services providers licensed to operate in Ghana. It was the first mobile cellular network branded under the name \u201cMobitel\u201d incorporated in Sub-Saharan Africa in March, 1990 and provision of service commenced in April, 1992. Job Title 1: Digital Media and Social Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n Main goals are to:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Define and implement the\u00a0digital media strategy\u00a0to support Commercial and Brand Teams on selling our Products & Services, as well as to position our Brand in the\u00a0Digital Media. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Define and implement the right mix of\u00a0digital media\u00a0campaigns for the Brand and product strategies Building the basics:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop the right content that guarantee our visitors and customers a supreme and homogeneous user experience among all our digital touch points Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 University degree, preferably in Engineer or Business with strong analytics skills<\/p>\n MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 or more years of digital experience, preferably with a media property and\/or .com\u2019s CORE COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Passion to measure actions as a source of knowledge to generate actions and improve\u00a0results
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement\u00a0global\u00a0digital content strategy and manage our digital social campaigns with local digital agency to support business units on promoting and selling our services, as well as marketing departments and customer operations on positioning our Brand.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate\u00a0media buying\u00a0to guarantee the best\u00a0results\u00a0for the company with the better ROI
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement and manage\u00a0digital media\u00a0campaigns of all our digital products (web, mobile, Apps) with special focus on e commerce and Self care initiatives, in coordination with Commercial and Brand teams.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide hands on consulting support to the\u00a0global\u00a0categories and market teams in \u201cwalking the talk\u201d in the development of world class joined up digitally enabled strategies, and ongoing consulting support for the execution of those strategies.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop \/ analyze the online activity reports (social media, web and mobile traffics) and Track \/ constantly Optimize digital campaigns performance based on set Targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Constantly propose action plans to improve Tigo performance in Digital properties and communities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Follow-up\u00a0customer care\u00a0performance on our digital platforms and guarantee that digital channels have the right content for our visitors to increase self service adoption
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Drive accurate traffic to be converted into Sales through our different sites<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop a dashboard to analyze\u00a0digital media\u00a0performance, track KPI\u2019s and generate insights to improve the returns
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Constantly innovation on our\u00a0digital media strategy\u00a0and execution
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Up to date on the new\u00a0digital marketing\u00a0strategies and tools that would be developing in the market.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement the processes to generate and manage the campaigns to support business needs.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Align Tigo presence in all external media campaigns, including Facebook, Tweeter, YouTube,.. to the new strategy.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participates in innovation process for product development \/ improvement offering new perspectives, tools and opportunities in the digital arena.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Local\u00a0digital marketing\u00a0knowledge
