whilst delivering Branch sales targets and maximising customer service standards.<\/p>\n<p data-iceapw=\"2\" data-iceapc=\"1\"><strong data-iceapw=\"2\">Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-iceapw=\"153\">\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maximise profit, and supervise the operations of the Branch in conformity with the bank\u2019s operational manual<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote and market the bank\u2019s products<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Source for new sales opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and deliver sales targets of the Branch<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all sections within the Branch, functions efficiently to meet service standards for both internal and external customers<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the re-engineering of the branch processes to\u00a0improve customer service\u00a0and cost effectiveness and control of performance targets.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that the\u00a0working\u00a0and safety conditions of the Branch are in line with the Bank\u2019s internal and external standards<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish and review key\u00a0operational risk\u00a0indicators and formulate action plans to minimize the Branch\u2019s exposure to fraud and losses<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that effective documentation is in place, in the form of user quotes and branch operating instructions, for existing systems and future systems.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To ensure that the Branch does not obtain an adverse audit grade.<\/p>\n<p data-iceapw=\"4\" data-iceapc=\"1\"><strong data-iceapw=\"4\">Qualification Required &amp;
