\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide guidance and advice to customers on credit issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and nurture relationships with Clients, to ensure that the strategy andbusiness\u00a0objectives of the Client and the Bank are achieved.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor portfolio asset quality to ensure NPL trends are in line with the Bank\u2019s specified average targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage credit risk to an acceptable level as stipulated in\u00a0the Banks\u00a0policies and procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish strong working relationships with all key internal stakeholders to help drive the overall strategy of the bank.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Act as the main point of contact for customers within their assigned market segment in the branch<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 4 years experience in general banking
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A hands-on experience in managing SME clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven track record in sales management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong customer service orientation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent multicultural awareness and supervisory skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Detailed working knowledge of processes and controls in all core banking activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good communication and inter personal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good appreciation of credit management especially in the SME space
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good appreciation of the Ghanaian economy<\/p>\n
