\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 She\/he has to attend to employment and regulatory concerns from time to time
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0human resources manager\u00a0is responsible for policy development\u00a0 process and its documentation, along with the provision of company-wide implementation facilitation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 She\/he will be responsible for compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in human resource\u00a0management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in\u00a0Microsoft office\u00a0and presentation applications, etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge in the airline industry will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Should be not more than 40 years of age.<\/p>\n
