\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 To evaluate the extent and elements of exposures; and recommend appropriate actions for risk mitigation.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish and quantify the Bank\u2019s risk appetite.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure effective and efficient management of the Operational Risk environment.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure effective and efficient co-ordination of the implementation of BASEL II requirements.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the financial resources,\u00a0assets, earning capacity or success of the Bank.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, such as asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases or industry segments.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Report risk events\/incidents in an appropriate manner to the Board on the most significant risks as well as the staff to understand their accountability for individual risks consistent with\u00a0best practices.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement risk-assessment models and methodologies.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide support, education and training from time to time on emerging\u00a0risk management\u00a0processes to build and consolidate risk awareness in the Bank.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide on-call assistance for emergency\/urgent\u00a0risk management\u00a0issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Gather risk-related data from internal or external sources.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and update a complete system for recording, monitoring and communicating the Bank\u2019s\u00a0risk management\u00a0programme. .
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Produce reports and make presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions and recommend actions\/measures to mitigate the incidence of any inherent risks.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure\u00a0 the overall\u00a0 implementation of the Bank\u2019s\u00a0risk management\u00a0policies and procedures.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other related duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.<\/p>\n
