B-BOVID Limited is looking for an experienced Finance and\u00a0Administration Manager\u00a0to oversee the financial management of its newly established palm oil mill.<\/p>\n
B-BOVID is a socially inclusive business, with roots in agro-processing. The palm oil mill has been created on a \u2018profit sharing\u2019concept, which works to feed business profits back into the hands of farmers and their communities. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who will help us grow our organisation and establish strong financial and administrative policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
The Finance and\u00a0Administration manager\u00a0will be responsible for managing\u00a0accounts receivable,\u00a0accounts payable, developing budgets, processing staff payroll,\u00a0financial reporting, reconciliation and petty cash management. The will manage all of B-BOVID\u2019s administrative tasks, as well as one support staff member who will act as an accounts and administration\u00a0assistant.<\/p>\n
The Finance and\u00a0Administration manager\u00a0will also have various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, training and the management of a staff\u00a0incentive program.<\/p>\n
