\nWorking within a highly focused\u00a0Communication and Marketing\u00a0team, the Communications Officer will work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager, providing editorial, strategic, creative and operational support across World Vision Ghana\u2019s work.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Create and maintain social media accounts.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Create innovative and exciting methods to raise awareness and engagement across both our online and offline marketing platforms.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop, manage, update, write content for website and social media (Facebook, YouTube and Twitter)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor brand presence across Facebook, Youtube and Twitter and identify any emerging communities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Research innovations in emerging\u00a0social communities\u00a0and technologies.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor audience engagement and identify new ways to activate participation and feedback.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support the implementation of a\u00a0social media strategy.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Plan\/create multi-media communications materials (photography, audio-visual documentation).
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications projects.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the implementation of public affairs activity.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Compile and circulate electronic periodic news summary to WVG staff.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Three years of relevant working experience in International communication, media and journalism.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Skills in\u00a0word processing\u00a0excel and desktop publishing is an advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
