\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze the requests and accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, in order to meet the requirements, including
\n1) Selection of suitable Bidders
\n2) Selection of appropriate Contractual Standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Carry out due diligence on suppliers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Issue to the bidders proposals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Act as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Receive the Bidders proposals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organize the openning committees for technical and commercial bid openings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure, under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals if and when applicable
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval of the management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate under supervision of management (with the selected supplier) prices, terms and conditions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval of the management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support the contract Managers during contract execution
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare the Contract revisions if and when appliable
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Take part in project activities of the department with specific goal<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Master preferably
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 0 to 2 years work experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent oral and written english
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
