The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG)<\/strong>. An NGO and a Member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and a Leading Provider of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Education and Services.<\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong>
\nTo provide efficient management of PPAG Clincis and ensure that related projects and programmes for the Clinics are successfully implemented.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Carry out the policies and the directives of the Association in the Department and submit status report to the Director of Programmes
\n\u2022 Provide technical assistance and supportive supervision to all Clinical staff and service delivery sites
\n\u2022 Ensure that Quality of Care (QoC) standards are maintained in all the Clinics and service delivery sites
\n\u2022 Liaise with other Programme Managers to ensure that project agreements are adhered to
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient utilisation of Ghana Health Service (GHS) and IPPF service delivery guidelines and protocols
\n\u2022 Ensure that clients\u2019 and providers\u2019 rights are adhered to in our clinics
\n\u2022 Develop a referral policy\/guidelines for the clinics use
\n\u2022 Prepare and coordinate an effective referral system
\n\u2022 Assist in co-ordination and analysis of service statistics and keep management informed
\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation of Annual Programme Budget (APB), Half Year and Annual Reports
\n\u2022 Monitor and evaluate clinical activities including mid-term reviews and needs assessments<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Have a second degree in Public Health, Nursing or any relevant field from a recognised university with a minimum of eight (8) years relevant working experience, five (5) of which must be in a management position
\n\u2022 Have a good knowledge in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and its related issues
\n\u2022 Be highly skilled in the use of the computer
\n\u2022 Have a high sense of responsibility, accuracy and judgment
\n\u2022 Have the ability to manage crisis, make decisions and take initiatives
\n\u2022 Have very good supervisory, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Be a team player
\n\u2022 Must have good management and writing skills
\n\u2022 Be able to work under pressure and for long hours
\n\u2022 Be willing to travel at short notices<\/p>\n
