\n\u2022 Support the Senior Technical Advisor to manage relationships with trainees and other partners in SRH
\n\u2022 Support all Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) educational programmes, especially family planning.
\n\u2022 Assist with implementation of community outreach elements to increase DKT brands of contraceptives, especially long acting (IUD and Implant use) methods<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Work with (STA) to develop training aids and content of training materials
\n\u2022 Support with facilitation of training session, writing training reports and updating of training database
\n\u2022 Support STA to effectively monitor and evaluate training activities and make recommendations for improvement
\n\u2022 Assist with logistics for training activities including procurement of training items
\n\u2022 Manage communication related to training programmes with prospective trainees
\n\u2022 Conduct supervisory visits to assess post training performance
\n\u2022 Provide supportive supervision for Trainees
\n\u2022 Create, nurture and maintain strong linkages between DKT and private healthcare providers
\n\u2022 Maintain partnership with health care providers to increase uptake and sales of long acting contraceptive methods
\n\u2022 Support with community outreach educational programmes to promote DKT\u2019s products
\n\u2022 Support STA to keep all DKT employees up-to-date on FP and SRH issues and innovations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Assure confidentiality in handling business related issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Descriptions of DKT International and Social Marketing<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Contribute to overall program goals.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Delivery of community outreach educational programmes (Market Activation) to promote DKT\u2019s products
\n\u2022 Positive image level of DKT in the eyes of GHS and other stake holders
\n\u2022 Distribution & Sales among health care practitioners and clinical outlets
\n\u2022 FP\/SRH knowledge level of staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Registered with Nurses and Midwives Council<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in in Family Planning Clinical Services will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Writing & oral communication skills
\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills
\n\u2022 Excellent Facilitation skills
