\n\u2022 Select stories to follow either with a general flavour or from an area of specialisation when not assigned stories to follow by the Editor
\n\u2022 Collect information necessary to compile stories, for example by going out into the field and conducting interviews or doing desk based \/ web based research.
\n\u2022 Compile stories ready for submitting \u2013 Edit prior to submitting and proofreading when required
\n\u2022 Work in groups on special stories \/ investigations when required, with one writer taking a lead as necessary<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a keen interest in arts and entertainment
\n\u2022 Good report writing skills
\n\u2022 Analytical with an eye for detail
\n\u2022 Ability to work to strict deadlines and for long periods
\n\u2022 Flexible attitude to working arrangements
\n\u2022 Strong computer literacy skills, include page planning
\n\u2022 Research methodology skills desired but not essential<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Member of Ghana Journalists Association<\/p>\n
