\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that marketing and sales plans are appropriate for each sales period, including special plans to maximize room revenue during forecasted low occupancy.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of key accounts and actively \u201csells\u201d through sales calls, property tours, etc.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains a positive cooperative work environment between staff and management.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures all hotel employees know hotel objectives.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures personnel files are accurate and comply with the labour laws and regulations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures employee training objective and developments plans are completed.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Recognises and corrects potential safety and security hazards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains physical product standards by managing preventive maintenance programs and by scheduling deep-cleaning activities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures property quality audits and periodically inspect rooms, building exterior, parking lot<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field is required.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Job Hoppers will not be considered.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The candidate must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge in accounting systems is an added advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The candidate must possess abilities of planning and meeting deadlines with energy and willpower to go the extra mile.<\/p>\n
