You lead by example and promote the \u201cbottom-up\u201d approach to work that has made Tigo a leader in every market in which we operate.<\/p>\n<p><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS\">Key Responsibilities<\/label><\/p>\n<p>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\nYou will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide information to stake holders for decision-making purposes<br \/>\n\u2022 Select appropriate reporting tool for developing acquisition and performance trends<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and on-request reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and maintain Tactical, Strategic, Administrative and Operational analytical capabilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with technical and field team to resolve registration issues<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor acquisition and distribution project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure proper documentation of processes<\/p>\n<p><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_WORKENVIRONMENT_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_WORKENVIRONMENT\">Position Requirements<\/label><\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<br \/>\nWork &amp; Educational background<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree<br \/>\n\u2022 At least two year experience working in analysis<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience &amp; Essential Knowledge<br \/>\n\u2022 Good understanding of Microsoft office, features, and integration capabilities<\/p>\n<p>Core Competencies<br \/>\n\u2022 Exceptional service and results orientation<br \/>\n\u2022 Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
