the communities in which it does business is looking to hire a proactive Human Resource Analyst to help with their operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Will be expected to provide assistance and guidance on strategic HR operational issues, working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES\/ DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administering payroll and maintaining records<\/li>\n<li>Planning, and sometimes delivery, training- including inductions for new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that employment needs of the company are accessed and proactively work to achieve them<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate interpretation of all company policies and procedures and ensure \u00a0labour laws are interpreted and administered accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Managing staff training and development by ensuring the employees possess the right skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to perform their duties effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Promote sound Employee Relations practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure design and implementation of HR policies and procedures within the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent in tertiary education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience preferably in construction or engineering industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0REQUIREMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Good Command of the English Language \u2013 Written and Verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Good organisational and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge about the labor law<\/li>\n<li>Good
