Admission officer will be dealing with admissions processes, procedures and enquiries. Enquiries are usually via email, telephone, walk- in or filled pre-registration forms. These may be either local or international enquiries. The Admissions department assists and help drive student recruitment, by attracting prospective students to enrol in programs.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Prospective Students OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n Liaison with the university admissions office in Nigeria regarding applications submitted
\nCounselling students about the programs offered at the FDN and UG level
\nExplanation of application process for gaining entry into University
\nManaging communication between the University and the student during the application process ensuring a correct and complete application is received by University
\nCollect, maintain and review all material submitted for application
\nInforming prospective students regarding the departments policies and procedures,
\nEnquiry Pool
\nProper and thorough follow up for enquiries received via Email, Physical \u2013 walk in, Telephone, and Pre-Registration Forms to maximise number of applications received by department
\nFollow up via Email and phone
\nUpdating all of the above on the CRM application used in department and manage leads conversion<\/p>\n
\nProvide correct and accurate reports to management
\nCollection of feedback from prospective students for marketing feedback report
\nAssist in planning and conducting student orientations, meetings , workshops and graduations
\nAssist in school visits, school fairs, graduation functions, etc as required.
\nAssist Admissions\/Recruitment Manager as required.<\/p>\n
