{"id":12279,"date":"2015-01-26T02:53:34","date_gmt":"2015-01-26T02:53:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=12279"},"modified":"2016-11-17T11:26:25","modified_gmt":"2016-11-17T11:26:25","slug":"world-vision-ghana-recruiting-january-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/world-vision-ghana-recruiting-january-2015.html","title":{"rendered":"World Vision Ghana Recruiting: January 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>World Vision International is a Christian Relief, Development and Advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>World Vision Ghana (WVG) is looking for highly qualified, proactive, motivated and resourceful persons to fill the position of <strong>Human Resource Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Include but not limited to the following;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Operations in handling and managing employee relation matters, behaviors and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide interpretation &amp; application of policies, procedures, terms and conditions of service, etc. to all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Submit monthly, semi-annual and annual report within the Regions.<\/li>\n<li>Collate learning and development needs within the Regions for incorporation into the annual learning &amp; development operational plan.<\/li>\n<li>Handles Performance Management of all staff in the Regions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of Employee Engagement activities as per World Vision employee engagement survey.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective implementation of Human Resource initiatives at both the Regional and Project levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.<\/li>\n<li>Skills in working with people with diverse background.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Communication, Persuasion And Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical \/ Creative Thinking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants who meet the above criteria should send their application letters and CV quoting only the <strong>Job Position in the subject line to<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:ghana@wvi.org\">ghana@wvi.org<\/a>.
