We are currently looking for outstanding candidates interested in <b>entrepreneurship<\/b> and <b>web businesses.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For you, this is a truly unique opportunity to build your very own vision of HR for Africa\u2019s #1 Ecommerce Group.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit our website for more job opportunities: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.africainternetgroup.com\">www.africainternetgroup.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><b><i>What role can you play?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a motivated HR Business Partner for our legal entities based in <b>Accra<\/b>, to build the HR department in strong partnership with the Management and AIG HR community and be responsible for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Recruitment<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Hiring local staff including the whole process (posting, sourcing, interviewing and on boarding) in partnership with the managers and recruitment consultancies.\n<ul>\n<li><b>People Development<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Management<\/b>: Supporting managers on performance management issues and processes (feedback, year-end performance appraisals\u2026).<\/li>\n<li><b>Learning and Development<\/b>: Designing the company training plan and customized training programs for each department,<\/li>\n<li><b>HR Development<\/b>: In collaboration with AIG HR community, implement new HR policies and processes; ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law.\n<ul>\n<li><b>Administrative management<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Personnel and payroll administration<\/b>: Liaising with social bodies, measuring employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
