\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all critical spares are maintained within specified limits
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all maintenance activities are accurately recorded
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify tasks and Develop appropriate standard operating procedures;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that procedures for the safe execution of tasks are in place and adhered to (including Task Instructions, Permits to Work, Task Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that plant and equipment is maintained according to compliance and integrity standards in order to meet expected reliability and \u2018uptime\u2019 Key Performance Indicators.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the team work in line with safety, health and environmental policies and procedures on site.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 10 years practical electrical engineering experience in a mining or related environment, five of which must be in a supervisory position;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have HT and MV switching experience and a strong skill set in working on MV motors;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong experience in Variable speed drives, Soft-\u00ad?starters and industrial drive systems;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong computer background in MS office and Autocad;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minerals commission\u2019s certification will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
