If you have the right combination of experience working with training coordination, sense of urgency, human touch, and operational control, we have just the right job for you as Training Coordinator.<br \/>\nYou will develop your general HR competencies and gain a broad knowledge of the HR administration and training in the offshore industry.<br \/>\nWork location is in Accra, Ghana and start date for the position is as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities of the Training Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Coordinate training activities such as training gap analysis &amp; planning including handling no shows &amp; learning plans for employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Responsible for course administration such as enrolling participants on courses, sending joining instructions, coordinate practical arrangements with course participant, course vendor and venue.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Provide customer support and deliver sound customer solutions including building effective relationships with customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Maintain and update HR systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Conduct data quality audits &amp; drive compliance in all areas of HR record keeping.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022File employee-related documentation as appropriate; maintain employee files and records &amp; scan incoming documents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Desired Skills and Experience<\/h3>\n<p>The preferred candidate has experience from a similar position, preferable within the Oil &amp; Gas industry.<\/p>\n<p>As a person, you are flexible and service minded and has good team-approach skills.<\/p>\n<p>You can work independently as well as in a team and have a proactive approach to your work.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, you are a structured person who has excellent time management skills and who thrive working in a fast paced international environment.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for this position, you must be based in or around Accra, Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Submit your CV and Application online<\/strong> : <a href=\"https:\/\/jobsearch.maersk.com\/vacancies\/publication?pinst=005056A5088A1ED4BBEA7B370070401F&amp;CallBackUrl=http:\/\/www.maerskdrilling.com\/system\/sapcallbackurl&amp;userid=\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click Here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job description We are currently looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support one of our new build drillships.
