This is a 4-year rotational programme and was designed to develop talented, high-potential candidates for Kinross\u2019 community worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The Generation Gold Programme will give you the opportunity to gain valuable international work experience \u2013 you will work in four different locations, in four different technical positions, over four years.
