It is licensed by the Bank of Ghana to carry out banking business and other approved related activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A reputable Rural Bank in the Volta Region invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the positions of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall leadership and management of the credit and financial operations of the Bank. including credit risk management and funds management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the loan recovery team and ensure timely recovery of all loans granted by the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the delivery of reliable, quality and timely services to clients at least cost, in a secure and controlled environment, while ensuring maximum outreach, sustainability and transformation as well as compliance with the bank\u2019s regulatory policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the accounts of the bank are reconciled with other banks such as the ARB Apex Bank Ltd and the Ghana Commercial Bank and to ensure the Head Office accounts reconcile with other agencies of the Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of University degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution. or professional qualification in any relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience In a financial institution three (3) years of which in senior management position.<\/li>\n<li>Operations management experience gained from a similar\/related banking or financial institution .<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in managing and supervising branch operations.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in setting up and implementation of credit operations and risk management policies procedures and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in setting and monitoring of outreach, profitability, transformational and efficiency, and administration performance targets and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in lending credit and risk management including pre-loan eligibility requirements, client screening, collateral, product design,loan approval processes, delinquency and default management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in the use of emerge T24 banking software is an\u00a0 added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications, accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae, photocopies of certificates, Names and Addresses of three (3) referees and contact telephone\/ Fax\/ e-mail addresses should be forwarded to:-<\/p>\n<div><strong>THE HEAD HUMAN CAPITAL DEPARTMENT<br \/>\nARB APEX BANK LIMITED<br \/>\nP.O.
