{"id":12743,"date":"2015-10-09T04:13:26","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T04:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=12743"},"modified":"2016-11-21T13:58:39","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T13:58:39","slug":"olam-ghana-limited-recruiting-back-office-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/olam-ghana-limited-recruiting-back-office-assistant.html","title":{"rendered":"Olam Ghana Limited Recruiting Back Office Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Contracts for Sales\/Purchase in French<\/li>\n<li>Communication on mail\/phone with various clients based in francophone Africa<\/li>\n<li>Insurance claims regarding bulk vessels\/containers Tracking of all shipments from order booking till receipt of payment (Le. booking of containers, tracking of shipments on sites of shipping lines, liaison with shipping lines etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reconciliation of stock account, customer accounts, service providers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Processing payments for various service providers<\/li>\n<li>Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly Reporting on shipments, customer accounts, stock accounts, sales etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a BA\/BSc in Admin or equivalent with 4 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Understand Business Laws\/Contracts Laws very well<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in Microsoft excel\/word<\/li>\n<li>Should be very good in translation from English to French and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Should-be well versed with international business terms in Francophone countries laws like OHADA etc.<\/li>\n<li>Should be willing to work at odd hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All applications must be submitted via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Ghana.hr@olamnet.com\">Ghana.hr@olamnet.com<\/a> not later than October 23, 2015.
