\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build and manage a network of brokers to contribute to sales targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify, recruit, grow and retain potential and existing clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy to grow business
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze distribution channels on consistent basis and develop strategies to achieve sales target
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop tools to consistently evaluate one\u2019s performance against targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Smartly initiate, manage and conclude business transactions on a consistent basis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have proven expertise and experience in corporate sales in a financial services environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven client management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to research and analyse new business opportunities
