The primary depot was at the same position with stores across the country particularly in the south.Guinness is currently recruiting for:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Security Manager \u2013 Projects and Investigations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AutoReqId 51119BR Function: \u00a0Supply Operations<\/p>\n<p>Type of Job: Employee<\/p>\n<p>Country: Ghana<\/p>\n<p>Town\/City: Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Context\/Scope: GGBL operates from two sites in four drinks categories: Stout, Lager, RTD and Malt as well as the distribution of Spirits.<\/p>\n<p>Growth in the Ghana economy is expected to continue at mid to high single digit in a competitive environment.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers and customers in this region expect products of the highest quality.<\/p>\n<p>There is also growing middle classes who are likely to experiment with new products.<\/p>\n<p>The role of the Projects and Investigations Manager is to implement security policies and practices.<\/p>\n<p>The incumbent is also responsible for adopting strategies to gain commitment from all employees to the security policies and engage them in building security awareness.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Purpose of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To implement policies in accordance with GGBL security policies and practices, In relation to all forms of investigations, projects and events management.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other Law-enforcement agencies to carry out investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Employment History &amp;Reference Checking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enforce site security policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Implement security structures, policies and procedures.
