explaining advantages of location and services; showing units<\/li>\n<li>To arrange, supervise and control all service contracts and at regular intervals review the composition, cost and appropriateness of such contacts<\/li>\n<li>To supervise maintenance, repairs, alterations and renovations as the company may decide to undertake.<\/li>\n<li>To establish a Property Management Plan, Preventive Maintenance Policies and Procedures and Property Operations Manual<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Property Management<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A Master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical issues<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in a Similar Position<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a good understanding of real estate market in Ghana<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication &amp;
