{"id":13057,"date":"2016-05-16T15:32:25","date_gmt":"2016-05-16T15:32:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=13057"},"modified":"2016-05-16T15:32:25","modified_gmt":"2016-05-16T15:32:25","slug":"cape-3-services-ltd-2016-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/cape-3-services-ltd-2016-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"Cape 3 Services ltd 2016 Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cape 3 Services Ltd<\/strong> a reputable Oil and Gas service company is seeking to recruit qualified, competent and result oriented personnel to help promote and coordinate the operations of the company in a manner that will optimize its market share and earnings, improve efficiency and performance, and help achieve its missions and goals.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate Financial Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the over-all external audit work process and review the Fi-nancial Statements ;<\/li>\n<li>Review Management Reports including Financial Projections and Corporate Budget and submit to Management for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Create, implement and monitor internal control for accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Management<\/strong><br \/>\nOversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the de-partment\u2019s goals and objectives<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funds Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecast cash flow positions, related to borrowing needs, and avail-able funds for investment ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operation-al and capital investment requirements ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budgeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the preparation of the company\u2019s budget ;<\/li>\n<li>Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances ;<\/li>\n<li>Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direc-tion ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company<\/li>\n<li>Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management<\/li>\n<li>Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential oper-ational improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required experience as a finance manager is 7years minimum<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor in Finance.
