ICF International<\/strong> seeks local candidates for the position of Office Manager to provide the administration support required for a newly awarded U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) power sector improvement program based in Accra, Ghana.\u00a0 Under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Party\/Operations, he\/she will work closely with the project management, field and home office staff, subcontractors, consultants and vendors as needed.<\/p>\n

Hiring for this position is contingent on approval from USAID.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work closely with the Deputy Chief of Party\/Operations and office staff to be responsible for all aspects of program administration and operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee local petty cash, travel approval procedures, vendor selection, procurement systems, record systems, and program implementation schedules<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 2+ years\u2019 experience working with international donor programs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
\n\u00a0<\/strong>
\nPreferred Skills\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Relevant degree in business or financial administration, monitoring and evaluation, public policy, international development
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience on USAID projects, highly desired
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of professionals in multi-national\/regional environments
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with the political, economic, social, and cultural context of working in Accra
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with an international contractor or NGO managing a program or office
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with USAID policies and procedures: financial management and reporting, procurement processes (including AIDAR, CFR 226, CFR 228, ADS)<\/p>\n
