\nShe\/he shall be accountable to the Rector
\nShe\/he shall be responsible for the development and maintenance of the physical and infrastructural works of the Polytechnic
\nShe\/he shall have oversight responsibility for all municipal services of the Polytechnic, including the Estate and Maintenance Unit
\nShe\/he shall consider and advise the Entity Tender Committee on all matters affecting tenders on buildings and other projects of the Polytechnic
\nShe\/he shall deal with all matters on contracts involving the physical and infrastructural development of the Polytechnic
\nShe\/he shall perform any other functions as may be assigned to him by the Rector
\nTerms of Appointment:

\nMust be a member of a relevant Professional Body
\nMust have a strong background in industry with strong links with business and industry
\nMust have proven leadership and management capabilities
\nMust have drive, vision and strong resource mobilization skills
