We have worked in partnership with local people in 130 countries, mainly with the generous support of USAID, designing, implementing, managing and evaluating a wide range of market driven solutions along the entire value chain of a company or agricultural sector<\/p>\n<p>IESC is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for a USAID Farmer to Farmer Program funded program in Ghana. The program will focus on improving sanitary\/phyto sanitary systems and improving access to markets for Ghana\u2019s farmers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Finance And Administration Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DETAILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of program administration and logistics including human resource management, estate management, transport, and other general services;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting and accounting;<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Product Country Director with oversight and reporting including all statutory and other regulatory reports to Social Security and National Insurance Trust and Ghana Revenue Authority;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports of field expenses in a timely manner, with full documentation, and according to IESC guidelines, and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communications with IESC headquarters staff (program and administration, consultants) to provide timely and complete financial support;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in management or accounting or other relevant discipline required;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 of relevant experience in project financial management and administration of similar financial volume;<\/li>\n<li>Certified Chartered Accountant\u2019s qualification will be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in USAID project financial management and administration of similar financial volume;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work with local and international national staff;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to legally work in Ghana required;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English required;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with volunteers preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Previous development experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Status<\/strong>: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong>:\u00a0International\u00a0Executive\u00a0Service Corps<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: July 4 2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IESC \u00a0the International Executive Service Corps \u00a0is a US based not for profit with a focus on supporting private enterprise in developing countries.
