These positions come with exceptional remuneration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head, Corporate &amp; Investment Banking Group Job # EB002-1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a Senior Manager position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identify and segment target markets and develop strategies for easy penetration<br \/>\nSign-on key customers in the sectors identified and manage accounts profitably<br \/>\nDevelop e-based consumer products to drive liabilities<br \/>\nProvide leadership in a target-driven environment<br \/>\nPositions of Deputy Manager (DM) Job # EB002-2 and Senior Banking Officer (SBO) Job # EB002-3 exist in the unit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should be a holder of a first degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper in addition to an MBA<br \/>\nRelevant professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking, etc would be an added advantage<br \/>\nThe candidate must easily demonstrate good knowledge of the Ghanaian economy vis-a-vis the banking sector<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nAbility to manage large corporate is key<br \/>\nStrong credit and investment background is required<br \/>\nKnowledge in Energy Finance is a major advantage<br \/>\nTotal banking experience must not be less than 16 years with a minimum of 6 years in similar position<br \/>\nQualifications are the same.
