\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build and maintain partnerships with clients and stakeholders (particularly USAID)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of monitoring data for submission to PYXERA Global HQ and USAID
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and report on the progress and performance of SCD through the use of excel databases and Sales force
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Engage in effective communication with local and international programme staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Convert data into effective and persuasive presentations targeted towards various audiences including management, donors, government, community groups and other counterparts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate effectively in work plan activities
\nUndertake regular field visits to ensure compliance and timely execution of monitoring & evaluation activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure data integrity by conducting data quality assessments and\/or verifying data<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in monitoring and evaluation, international development, programme management or related fields. A Master\u2019s degree is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with development projects, preferably USAID projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge in Performance Management Plan (PMP) and measuring of key performance indicators
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in measuring capacity-building achievements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ghanaian national (Preferred)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to write effectively and present information in a variety of settings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
