These positions come with exceptional remuneration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head, Risk Management Group Job # EB003-1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a Principal Manager position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensures that an effective risk management framework covering the main risks-credit, market and operational &#8211; is put in place for the bank<br \/>\nEnsures that the bank&#8217;s policies, procedures and strategies in risk management are in consonance with market conditions and BoG&#8217;s rules at all times<br \/>\nEnsures a rapid growth in the bank&#8217;s market share without compromising asset quality<br \/>\nEnsures a diversified portfolio devoid of concentration risk and backed by structured programmes<br \/>\nInitiate changes to the Credit Policy Manual for improvement and when desirable<br \/>\nAn SBO Job # EB003-2 exist in the unit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should be a holder of a first degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper in addition to an MBA<br \/>\nRelevant professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking, etc would be an added advantage<br \/>\nThe candidate must easily demonstrate good knowledge of the Ghanaian economy vis-a-vis the banking sector<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nAbility to manage large corporate is key<br \/>\nStrong credit and investment background is required<br \/>\nKnowledge in Energy Finance is a major advantage<br \/>\nTotal banking experience must not be less than 18 years with a minimum of 8 years in similar position<br \/>\nQualifications are the same.
