\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develops sales assignment forecasts and reporting structures for local markets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervises the work of the distribution team and develops training plans for staff to contribute to the performance objective setting process<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of ten (10)\u00a0 years sales and marketing experience (ideally in Channel development ), which includes at least four (4) years at a senior management level in an FMCG\/ Telecommunications\/ Retail Banking\/ service industry
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of channel distribution concepts and segmentation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a team player and builder with good communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a strong critical thinker, have good entrepreneurial skills and a good motivational Leader.<\/p>\n
